Job Description
Fast-growing PBM seeking Executive Leadership as VP Client Services. This person will have oversight of the Client Services, Operational, and Implementation aspects of our existing customers. This person will oversee three experienced Directors so high-level management experience is required.
POSITION DETAILS
?? Directs all operations of the Client Services Department
?? Continually reviews and analyzes the distribution of work/allocation of resources across all
offices
?? Analyzes and makes recommendations regarding new product/client benefits
?? Coordinates project plans individually and with Account Management Team
?? Interacts with all levels of Executives, Sales, Support Services, Client Services and
Operations regarding group installation and management
?? Directs the benefit plan setup and testing processes
?? Directs internal timelines of project implementation as well as recommendations to clients
regarding timelines
?? Ensures client satisfaction throughout plan implementation, post-implementation and all other
related service activities
?? Provides executive level consultative support to other operational departments by researching
issues
?? Provides training and conducts user-acceptance testing on system enhancements including
creating test plans, documenting and communicating test results
?? Interfaces with IS to enhance data collection, analysis, reporting, monitoring and problem
solve to provide timely and accurate resolution of system issues
?? Documents and communicates system impacts to affected user groups
?? Other duties as deemed appropriate
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
?? Bachelors degree in related field
?? Ability to work a flexible day or evening schedule to accommodate business requirements
?? Overnight travel as required
?? Previous PBM, pharmacy, customer service or related industry experience
?? Proven management skills, to include managing off-site employees
?? Collaborative team player with strong analytical, technical, and problem solving skills
?? Must demonstrate strong negotiation and communication skills
?? Capacity to multitask and independently prioritize work
?? Highly organized with the ability to adapt to challenging priorities
?? Experience preparing and interpreting reports
?? PC competence with Microsoft applications
