Title: Product Director ECM (Enterprise Content Mgt.)
Location: Parsippany, NJ
Our Client is one of the largest archiving companies in the world (Check Imaging & Exchange Services) used by the nations leading financial institutions (Banks). They are the nations leading provider of technology solutions in the payments industry. They are a for profit organization that does about $100 million in sales right now with 70 employees.
They handle over 70% of the U.S. Check Processing volume. They have over 70% of the market share in the check 21 and payment arena. They store in excess of 112 Billion Images and are adding 2 Billion new images a month.
Due to significant growth plans we are actively engaged in recruiting to fill numerous key positions to help take the company to the next level. The company has had a very broad footprint with a very short staff for a long time. They have been around for 8 years, and are in the process of building increased core competencies to create even greater value for not only the Banking industry, but peripheral and external industries as well in the ECM (Enterprise Content Management) arena. The Technology that got the company to this point is a primary catalyst in launching them forward as they continue the process of developing new technology and leveraging the footprint they already have established.
Goals: They are projecting $30 Million in new sales from the ECM arena next year and expect to double that volume the year after. Ultimate plans are to be a Billion Company in the next 5 years. Key opportunity to get in on the ground floor as they grow.
2 openings: One person will interface with Banking Customers and the other will work in non-banking developing applications that support each. For Example; maybe healthcare and the records, charts x-ray images, etc. associated with that industry or Legal or Tax, etc. etc.
One of the nations leading banks has committed to have our client handel ALL their records retention. That will literally double their size in the course of the next couple of years, as such this will create a couple of new Product positions, not in the image area per say but in document retention.
We are looking for a subject matter expert in records, these Product Directors will have all the normal client interface associated with this type of role, but as this is a new foray for them, so this person will be looked at as the subject matter expert to lead the business in record retention. This person would supervise the implementation projects that would allow Banks and other industries to start shifting their record keeping to our client. Anything that kills tress, if you will records would encompass all documents, not just financial data, e.g. legal documents, tax records, loan applications, images, pictures, etc. etc.

Document & Archive (90% of their Business)
Clearing & Settlement
Emerging Business

Benefits& relocation:
The company has a comprehensive benefits package as well as a matching 401K and College reimbursement. - Vacation is variable depending on level and tends to start at 3 weeks. The pay scale is very flexible dependent on skills and includes bonuses as high as 30% depending on level and function in the organization.- They tend to avoid candidates needing relocation. When it is approved, (Lump sum ($15K max) is the companys practice to assist in relocation.

Minimum of 8 years demonstrated experience in product marketing and industry--Enterprise Content Management (ECM) industry required.
Bachelor of Science in Business plus substantial experience in the ECM total product lifecycle, or
MBA with additional experience in ECM total product lifecycle.
Certified Records Manager (CRM) essential.
Work Experience Requirements:
Minimum of 8 years demonstrated experience in product marketing and industry -ECM industry (ie. filenet, documentum, Msoft,)
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Business plus substantial experience in the total product lifecycle, or
MBA with additional experience in total product lifecycle.
Travel Requirements: 10-20% as needed
Base Salary Range: $135 to 150k DOE + Bonus Potential to 20-30(% of Base)
