This B2B Plastics manufacturing needs a
Regional Sales Manager
who has a competitive mentality! We are a growing
commercial plastics manufacturer
and need a
Commercial Sales B2B – Regional Sales Manager -
to visit current accounts and potential customers. We need a person who has the ability to work well independently, energetic self-starter with strong work ethic. Someone who is a team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with others during development and implementation of processes and programs. And you’ll do this from your home office – no relocation necessary.
To be successful, you’ll need to be comfortable in a complex sales environment.
Must be able to price, fill, manage, and close business in the sales pipeline
Establish & maintain relationships with people at multiple levels within client organization
Develop annual sales forecast and provide quarterly updates
Meet annual sales and profitability goals, while delivering robust year over year growth
Prospect and qualify leads, identify customer needs, negotiate & close sales
Apply your effective economic thinking skills with opportunity cost, competitive advantage, comparative advantage, switching cost and next best alternative to increase sales to current customers & gain new ones.
Create & implement key account plans
Requirements for this Regional Sales Manager’s position include:
At least 4 years’ of technical sales experience
Proven track record in a complex B2B sales environment
Volatile pricing environment experience and contract acumen
travel 60% of the time
Immediate attention will be given if you have Plastics manufacturing experience
