Properly code business for premium allocation and treaty and facultative reinsurance
Check underlying policies
Help resolve accounting and other conflicts
Potentially process and handle program type business
Assist Binding Authority Broker’s in producing, binding authority administration and writing of business
Help resolve various conflicts
Help organize and properly document binding authority administration files
Prepare, organize and maintain files, follow-up for additional information and suspense according to established time-frames.
Produce various required reports
Develop and maintain required databases Required.
Minimum High School education or GED equivalent
College or Trade School education preferred but not required
Basic INS insurance courses preferred but not required
Proficient with Word and Excel, Outlook, preference for Power Point & Access also, but not required.
Good oral and written communications skills
Basic Math skills
Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Insurance industry
Must be a team player.
Must be detail oriented and have the ability to multi-task.
