Solid knowledge of Insurance coverages and markets is required, along with a producer's license. Excellent client relationship and interpersonal skills, solid technical/computer skills (including MS Word & Excel, plus experience with an agency management system such as AMS, EPIC/Applied), along with the ability to work effectively as an individual contributor or as part of a team are necessary to thrive in this environment.
