Requirements
- Must have at least 2-5 years working in a corporate environment
- Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Must be a team player
- Must work well under deadlines
- Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Job Responsibilities
- Support case managers and sales managers in the field
- Correspond with ICM clients, vendors, and internal staff
- Review all time and billing for all field case managers assigned
- Basic administrative functions
